Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Imperfect Livestream Agency LLC ("Revv CRM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our website (tryrevvcrm.com) and our customer relationship management application and related services (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account and workspace information. When you or your organization sign up, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), workspace name, and billing contact details.
Customer relationship data you provide. Revv CRM is a CRM platform, so your workspace will contain data you and your team enter or import, such as contact records, company records, deal/pipeline information, notes, and tasks. This data belongs to you and your organization; we process it only to provide the Service.
Communications data. If you connect a phone number, we process call metadata (numbers, timestamps, duration, status) and, for SMS, message content and metadata, in order to log activity against the relevant contact record. If you connect a Google account (see Section 2 below), we process email and calendar data you authorize us to access.
Billing information. Subscription and usage-based billing is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers — Stripe handles and stores that information under its own privacy practices.
Usage and log data. We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages or features accessed, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. Google User Data
If you choose to connect a Google account (Gmail and/or Google Calendar) to Revv CRM, we request access to read, send, and organize email and to read and create calendar events, so that emails and meetings appear alongside the relevant contact or deal in your workspace. We only request the scopes necessary for this functionality, and only access your Google data in response to your own actions within the Service or on your behalf for syncing purposes you have enabled.
Revv CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Revv CRM's access to your Google account at any time from your workspace's connected-account settings, or directly from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops future syncing; previously synced data already stored in your workspace is retained until you delete it or close your account.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including calling, texting, email and calendar sync, and pipeline management;
- To process subscription payments and usage-based charges via Stripe;
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
- To monitor and improve the security, performance, and reliability of the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your workspace's customer data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify:
- Twilio — for phone calling and SMS messaging;
- Stripe — for subscription and usage-based payment processing;
- Google — for Gmail and Google Calendar sync, only if you connect your account;
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers — to store and run the Service.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users where required.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of sensitive credentials (such as connected-account tokens) at rest. Each customer workspace's data is logically isolated from other workspaces. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a commercially reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA respectively.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate.
